Leaving the L.C. Whitford office recently, surrounded by the twinkling white lights lining Main Street, and hearing the newly restored clock play carols made me feel like I was in a Hallmark movie! Charming small town moments like these are truly made possible by the efforts of the WDC, Chamber, Village, and other community groups.
